Overview

A custom internal platform consolidating operational data, user management and workflow tracking into a single interface designed for daily team use.

Challenge

Growing operations were managed across multiple spreadsheets, messaging threads and disconnected tools. Information was difficult to find and actions required switching between systems.

Approach

We interviewed team members about daily workflows, identified the most frequent actions and designed a dashboard that surfaces critical information first with quick access to common operations.

Solution

Created a role-based dashboard with real-time data views, user and order management, notification system and API integrations with existing tools. Clean interface prioritizes clarity over feature density.

Result

Daily operational tasks that previously required multiple tools can now be completed from a single interface, improving team coordination and reducing context switching.
