Overview
End-to-end VPN subscription infrastructure with automated account creation, multi-region server access, and Telegram-based product delivery for streamlined user onboarding.
Challenge
VPN services require complex backend orchestration — server provisioning, credential management, subscription lifecycle and multi-platform access. Manual processes create bottlenecks and support overhead.
Approach
We designed a unified system where subscription events trigger automated provisioning across infrastructure layers, with Telegram serving as both distribution channel and user interface.
Solution
Developed subscription management with recurring billing, automated VPN account creation, multi-region server configuration, and a Telegram bot for plan purchase and credential delivery. Admin dashboard provides full operational visibility.
Result
Subscription activation and credential delivery became fully automated, eliminating manual provisioning steps and reducing time from purchase to active service.
